In 1927, a doll was released that, perhaps more than any other, came to represent the name Effanbee - Patsy. Patsy was the first doll to closely resemble a real child and the first to be given additional clothes and accessories. She was also the first to be given a family of companion dolls. Since her introduction, she and her growing family of classic dolls have brought delight to generation of little girls E and to serious collectors everywhere. Here she is, all dressed in lace and finery, out for a stroll with Wee Patsy in her Victorian Carriage. Patsy is 13" and Wee Patsy is 5-1/4". Both have poseable limbs and are created from original molds in Collector Quality hard vinyl. Patsy wears a golden metal Effanbee Heart.
